芳香化湿法对恢复痔术后肠道功能的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探索芳香化湿法为主中药对恢复痔术后肠道功能的疗效。【方法】将108例混合痔外剥内扎术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,治疗组在西医常规对症治疗基础上,给予芳香化湿法为主中药(由藿香、白术、茯苓、陈皮、甘草、法半夏、厚朴、桔梗、大腹皮、紫苏梗、白芷、生姜等组成)治疗。观察2组的腹胀程度疗效、排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间。【结果】(1)在腹胀程度改善方面,治疗组的总有效率为92.59%,优于对照组的75.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗组的排气时间及肠鸣音恢复时间均较对照组显著缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。【结论】芳香化湿法为主中药治疗对恢复痔术后肠道功能的效果显著。Objective To explore the efficacy of resolving dampness with aromatic herbs for restoring intestinal function of mixed hemorrhoid patients after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy. Methods A total of 108 hemorrhoid patients after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoideetomy were evenly randomized into treatment group and control group, 54 cases in each group. Both groups were given symptomatic treatment, and the treatment group was also orally given aromatic herbs for resolving dampness （including Herba Agastaches, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Poria, Pericarpium Cirri Retieulatae, Radix Glyeyrrhizae, Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum, Cortex Magnoliae Offieinalis, Radix Platycodonis, Pericarpium Arecae, Caulis Perillae, Radix Angelieae Dahuricae, and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens）. Effects on abdominal distension, time to break wind and time for the recovery of bowl sound of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate for improving abdominal distension was 92.59% in the treatment group, and was 75.93% in the control group, the difference being significant （P〈0.05）. Time to break wind and time ibr the recovery of bowl sound of the observation group were shortened compared with the control group, the difference being significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine with the predominant aromatic herbs for resolving dampness has significant effect on restoring intestinal function of mixed hemorrhoid patients after Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.
