野生药用红茂草挥发油提取及抗氧化活性研究

摘　　要：采用CO_2超临界法萃取红茂草中挥发油,对其进行GC-MS分析,以提取的挥发油为研究对象,确定红茂草挥发油的抗氧化能力大小。研究表明,红茂草挥发油成分复杂,存在一定的抗氧化能力。Volatile oil was extracted fromDicranostigmaleptodum（DLF）using supercritical CO2 method.The volatile oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry（GC-MS）for evaluating the antioxidant activity of the volatile oil.These results indicate that the DLF volatile oil was complex in composition and showed slight antioxidant capacity.
