儿童青少年血压水平与血脂各组分的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究儿童青少年血压水平与血脂各组分的相关关系,为心血管病的早期预防和干预提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样,最终确定2 009名7～17岁学生作为研究对象,按照不同性别分组,分析血压水平与血脂各组分的相关关系。结果 Pearson相关分析显示,研究对象的血压水平与TG、TG/HDL-C、TC/HDL-C、non-HDL-C/HDL-C呈正相关（P〈0.05）。TC除了与女童SBP不相关外（P〉0.05）,与男童的SBP和DBP以及女童的DBP呈正相关（P〈0.05）,TC/HDL-C与男女童的血压水平都呈正相关（P〈0.05）。HDL-C除了与女童的DBP不相关外（P〉0.05）,与男童的SBP和DBP以及女童的SBP呈负相关（P〈0.05）。逐步回归分析显示,男童的SBP水平与TG、non-HDLC、TG/HDL-C、non-HDL-C/HDL-C呈显著相关（P〈0.05）,而DBP水平只与HDL-C呈显著相关（P〈0.05）。女童的DBP水平与TG、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C、non-HDL-C呈显著相关（P〈0.05）,而SBP水平只与HDL-C呈显著相关（P〈0.05）。结论儿童青少年的血压水平与血脂各组分呈现一定的相关关系,并且基于性别不同,相关程度表现出不同差异。Objective To examine the correlation between blood pressure level and lipid components among children and adolescent. Methods A total of 2 009 children and adolescent aged 7~17were included in the present study.Subjects were grouped by gender,correlation between blood pressure level and lipid components. Results Pearson correlation analysis showed：Blood pressure level was positively correlated with TC,TG/HDL-C,TC/HDL-C,non-HDL-C/HDL-C（P0.05）.Besides SBP of female,TC was positively correlated with SBP and DBP of male and DBP of female（P0.05）.TC/HDL-C was positively correlated with SBP and DBP of male and female（P0.05）.Besides DBP of female,HDL-C was negatively correlated with SBP and DBP of male and SBP of female（P0.05）.Stepwise regression analysis showed：SBP level of male was significantly correlated with TG,non-HDL-C,TG/HDL-C,non-HDL-C/ HDL-C（P0.05）,while the DBP level was only significantly correlated with HDL-C（P0.05）.DBP level of female was significantly correlated with TG,TG/HDL-C,LDL-C/HDL-C,non-HDL-C（P0.05）,while SBP level was only significantly correlated with HDL-C（P0.05）. Conclusions To a certain extent,blood pressure level is correlated with lipid components among children and adolescent.And based on different gender,the correlation degree shows significant difference.
