小型型钢热送热装工艺实验研究

摘　　要：结合方大特钢生产线热送热装的实际应用,通过实验研究热送热装过程的组织演变规律,为生产实践提供理论指导。实验结果表明:在热送热装过程中,钢的组织会发生演变;不同的热装温度对应的组织晶粒度也不同,温度越低晶粒越细;热送热装对高碳钢(某些微合金化钢)的产品性能影响更为显著。According to the practical application of hot delivery hot charging line in Fangda Special Steel Ltd., the microstructure morphologies of specimens in different thermal histories are observed, which may provide theoretical guidance for the production practice. The results show that the steel structure will evolve in the hot charging process.The grain size is different for different stage in hot charging, and the lower temperature the finer grain, and for high-carbon steel（some micro alloying steel）, the influence of hot charging hot charging is more significant.
