石漠化地区农民增收缓慢的原因及对策的再思考——以黔南州为例

摘　　要：由于自然环境和现实多种因素的影响,黔南州石漠化地区农民增收比较缓慢,既影响农民的生活质量和幸福感,也影响黔南与全省、全国同步小康。文章分析了黔南石漠化地区农民增收缓慢的原因,并提出相应的对策建议。Because of the impact of the nature and reality,the farmers＇ income in rocky desertification region of Qiannan prefecture is increasing slowly. This situation affects not only the farmers＇ happiness and quality of life but also the well- off synchronization of this prefecture to the entire country. This paper analyzes the reasons of increasing the farmers＇ income slowly in rocky desertification region of Qiannan and makes some countermeasures and suggestions.
