摘 要:针对锅炉受热面积灰污染而造成锅炉运行安全性和经济性下降的问题,以安全性和经济性为目标构建面向不同受热面的吹灰策略模型.通过运用层次分析法的建模、求解和分析,得到了不同受热面的吹灰控制策略,以指导锅炉的吹灰过程,保证锅炉整体在充分吸热的状态下,减少对锅炉运行的影响,确保锅炉吹灰的安全性、经济性.Ash fouling on heating surfaces of boiler results in the reduction of economic efficien- cy and safety in the operation of a boiler. The model of soot blowing strategy for different heating surfaces is built based on the goals of improving economic efficiency and safety. The model uses the analytic hierarchy process method to build the structure of the problem by solving the problem as well as analysis, the control strategy for different heating surfaces is obtained. The control strategy is used to guide the soot blowing process of the boiler, which ensures the boiler to stay in the situation of overall sufficiency absorption of heat, and reduces the influences to the boiler. Thus, the economic efficiency and safety are guaranteed.
