摘 要:目的:分析新生儿呼吸暂停的临床特点。方法:对268例新生儿呼吸暂停患儿的病因及治疗情况进行回顾性分析,根据不同胎龄、出生体重进行分组。结果:胎龄越小,出生体重越低,呼吸暂停发生率越高。各组比较有显著性差异。268例新生儿呼吸暂停中,早产儿222例,足月儿和过期产儿46例。其中原发性呼吸暂停127例,均为早产儿,继发性呼吸暂停141例,在早产儿中,出生后0-7天因非感染因素发生37例,因感染因素发生22例,出生后≥8天因非感染因素发生10例,因感染因素发生26例(P>0.05);在足月儿和过期产儿,出生后0-7天因非感染因素发生25例,因感染因素发生5例,出生后≥8天因非感染因素发生5例,因感染因素发生11例(P>0.05)。结论:早产儿较足月儿和过期产儿更易发生呼吸暂停;在继发性呼吸暂停中,0-7天多以非感染因素为主,≥8天多以感染因素为主。Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of neonatal apnea. Methods: Two hundred and sixty-eight cases of neo- natal apnea the etiology and treatment of children were analyzed retrospectively, the grouping of different is analyzed according to gestational age and birth weight. Results.. The smaller the gestational age, the lower birth weight, the higher the incidence of apnea. There were significant differences among the groups. Two hundred and twenty-two cases of premature infants in 268 neonatal apnea contracted apnea, however, only 46 cases happened in term infant and post-term infant. One hundred and twenty-seven cases of pri- mary apnea are premature infants, secondary apnea have 141 cases. Twenty-two cases of infection factors and 37 cases of the non-in- fection factors catch apnea in premature infants with a week, 26 cases of infection factors and 10 cases of the non-infection factors contract apnea in premature infants over a week. Five cases of infection factors and 25 cases of the non-infection factors catch apnea in term infants and post-term infants with a week, 11 cases of infection factors and 5 cases of the non-infection factors contract apnea in term infants and post.-term infants over a week. Conclusion.. Premature infants can easily catch apnea comparing with term infants and post-term infants. The infants with a week in secondary apnea can easily suffer apnea because of the non-infective factors, however, the infants over a week can easily suffer apnea because of the infective factors.
