摘 要:目的探讨事前处方审核在提高药学服务中的作用,通过及时干预不合格处方,改善门急诊药房的药学服务。方法比较事前处方审核和事后处方点评处方的合格率、患者满意度、医师药师互动性等指标。结果与事后处方点评相比,开展事前处方审核后,药房门急诊处方合格率明显升高,患者对医院药学服务的满意度更佳,医药互动更频繁(P<0.05)。结论事前处方审核能有效降低处方的不合格率,并能促进医师和药师间的交流,成为继事后处方点评后干预处方的有效途径,可有效提升药学服务水平。Objective To explore the application of pre- prescription audit in improving pharmaceutical care,and to improve pharmaceu- tical care through timely intervention of unqualified prescriptions in outpatient and emergency pharmacy. Methods The pre- prescription audit and post- prescription audit of the qualified rate, patient satisfaction, doctor and pharmacist interaction and other indicators were compared. Results Compared with post- prescription audit, the qualified rate improved significantly higher, the satisfaction degree of pa- tients on hospital pharmacy service was better,and the hospital- patient interaction was more frequent of the pre- prescription audit in the outpatient and emergency( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Pre- prescription audit can effectively decrease the prescription unqualified rate and improve communication between doctors and pharmacists,it has become an effective way for the following post- prescription inter- vention,and thus improving the pharmacy services.
