急性肾外伤导致肾周间隙受累的发生率及CT表现

摘　　要：目的探讨急性肾外伤导致肾周间隙受累的发生率及CT表现。方法回顾性分析80例急性肾外伤的肾周间隙受累的CT表现。结果 80例中,68例有肾周间隙受累(85%)。肾周间隙改变包括肾被膜增厚(22%)、肾被膜下积液(37%)、肾周间隙桥隔增厚(76%)、肾周间隙内脂肪层斑片状影(24%)、肾筋膜增厚(90%)、肾旁间隙积液(82%)、尿外渗(10%)及尿瘤(1%)。结论急性肾外伤除肾实质损伤及肾周血肿征象外,肾周间隙受累的征象亦较显著。Objective To evaluate the frequency and CT finding of perinephric space involvement with acute renal trauma. Methods The features of perinephric space involvement in the 80 patients with acute renal trauma detected with CT were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of 80 patients, 68 had perinephric space involvement （85%）. The main perinephric space involvement with acute renal trauma were thicken of renal capsule （22%）, effusion of renal subcapsular （37%）, bridging septa thicken of the perinephric space （76%）, patch shadow in the perinephric space （24%）, Georta′s fascia thicken （90%）, effusion of the pararenal space （82%）, urinary extravasation （10%） and urinoma （1%）. Conclusion Acute renal trauma have renal parenchymal injuries and perirenal hematoma on CT im-ages, indirect CT signs of perinephric space involvement are especially significant.
