多层螺旋CT及多平面重组技术对外伤性膈疝的诊断

摘　　要：目的评价多层螺旋CT及多平面重组技术对外伤性膈疝的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析10例经手术证实的外伤性膈疝的X线、CT影像资料并与手术结果相对照。结果 10例X线胸片均显示患侧膈肌升高、模糊;进一步行CT检查在多平面重组图像中可见膈肌的破裂,并清楚显示裂口位置、大小及疝入胸腔的内容物。结论多层螺旋CT多平面重组技术对外伤性膈疝的诊断具有重要价值。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice CT and multi-planar reconstruction of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. Methods Retrospectively analyze X-ray, CT image data of 10 cases with raumatic diaphragmatic hernia confirmed by surgery and then the results were contrasted with the surgical. Results X-ray re-sults of 10 cases showed elevated ipsilateral diaphragm, fuzzy; then by CT examination it showed as diaphragmatic rupture in the MPR image, and the gap position, size and contents herniated into the chest were clear. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT and MPR technology has significant value in the diagnosis of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia.
