电梯彩板耐盐雾性能研究

摘　　要：通过盐雾箱对电梯彩板进行盐雾性能研究,结合光泽度仪、色差仪以及轮廓仪分析了电梯平板试样在不同盐雾时间喷蚀下的光泽度、色差及表面粗糙度变化规律。试验结果表明:(1)随着盐雾喷蚀时间的延长,电梯彩板表面光泽度缓慢升高。在盐雾喷蚀初期,光泽度变化幅度较大,而盐雾喷蚀时间一旦超过528h,光泽度的变化轻微。(2)经1000h盐雾喷蚀后电梯彩板表面色差仅为0.16,电梯彩板耐盐雾喷蚀能力较好。(3)经1000h盐雾喷蚀后,电梯彩板表面粗糙度略有增加。The corrosion performance of the prepainted steel sheet for elevator was studied through neutral salt spray analysis .With the aid of vancometer ,colorimeter and profile testing instrument ,the changes in gloss ,color change and roughness of prepainted sheet was analyzed .The results showed that ：1） the gloss of prepainted steel sheet increased with the increasing spray time .In initial phase ,the gloss varied greatly and after 528 h spray ,the gloss was stable .2） Under 1000 h spray ,the color change of pre‐painted steel sheet was 0 .16 ,indicating that sheet had high corrosion resistance .3） After 1000 h spray , the roughness of prepainted steel sheet had a slight increase .
