摘　　要：主要介绍Inconel625在基材2.25Cr1Mo V上的带级电渣堆焊试验过程及结果,并以此为依据编制的焊接工艺用来指导某反应器的带极电渣堆焊。通过对堆焊接头的各项检测数据以及该设备安全服役的反馈信息,证明评定试验数据是准确可靠的,焊接工艺是可行合理的。In this article, the process and result of strip electroslag overlaying Inconel625 to 2.25Cr1 Mo V, which was used as the basis to build welding procedure for strip electroslag welding used in one reactor, was introduced. Through the data from inspection of overlay weld and result of safe service of this equipment, it was concluded that the welding procedure is appropriate and feasible, and inspection data is accurate and reliable.
