猪圆环病毒病的流行及疫苗应用研究进展

摘　　要：猪圆环病毒II型是引起断奶仔猪多系统衰竭综合征(PMWS)、中猪皮炎肾病综合征(PDNS)的主要病原。猪圆环病毒病在我国猪群感染率高、流行时间长、污染面广、常混合感染,给养猪业造成巨大经济损失。猪圆环病毒病属免疫抑制性疾病,防控关键是进行疫苗免疫,口服疫苗的研制是未来猪圆环病毒病疫苗一个研究方向。Porcine circovirus type 2（ PCV2） is the causative agent of postweaning multisystemic wasting syndrome（ PMWS） and porcine dermatitis and nephropathy syndrome（ PDNS）. At present,PCV2 is widely spreaded in the world and maintain high infection rate in herd. The disease caused by PCV2 infection has become a serious economic problem for the swine industry in China. When porcine was infected by PCV2,the immune systems will be suppressed. Research of PCV2 have recently confirmed that it is possible to develop a oral vaccine.
