摘 要:功指数模型可以较好地反映钻头破岩做功的变化趋势,目前已在各类致密潜山地层(火成岩、碳酸盐岩等)中得到应用,但均停留在储集层识别方面,鲜有涉及常规砂泥岩地层的应用。基于在地质、工程领域对功指数模型的大量实践,对功指数趋势线建立方法进行了优化,使功指数比值参数的计算更为准确;同时通过研究功指数模型在砂泥岩地层的应用方法,并用于现场实时划分潜力层和定性分析地层泥质含量,为随钻录井综合解释提供有力参考;针对监测钻头失效、磨损以及钻井泥包等方面提出了功指数模型在钻井工程中的应用步骤,并取得良好效果。实践表明,功指数模型应用方法操作简单、时效性高,具有良好的推广价值。Power exponential model can better reflect the change trend when the drilling bit does work and breaks rock.It has now been applied in all kinds of tight buried hill formation(igneous rock,carbonate rock,etc.),but its application has still stayed in the stage of reservoir identification,and rarely involves the use of a conventional sand-shale formation.Based on the much practice on power exponential model in the fields of geology and engineering,the method of setting up the power exponential trend line was optimized,which made the parameter calculation for power exponential ratio more accurate.At the same time,through studying the application of the power exponential model in sand-shale formation,it can be used for real-time field dividing potential layers and qualitatively analyzing shale content in the formation,providing the comprehensive interpretation of mud logging with a powerful reference.In accordance with monitoring bit failure,wear and drilling mud,the authors put forward the steps of power exponential model′s application in drilling engineering,which has achieved good results.Practice shows that application method of the power exponential model is simple and easy to operate with high efficiency and better popularization value.
