摘　　要：充填料浆管道输送是充填法采矿主要充填方式,是充填采矿技术的发展方向.充填管网布设、充填钻孔设计施工以及充填生产管理不仅在于理论分析,而且依赖工程实践经验.工程实践表明,充填钻孔的施工技术与施工质量,对充填管道磨损和使用寿命产生重要影响.深井充填采矿存在的主要问题是非满管输送充填料浆自由下落对管道冲击,导致弯管处磨损严重.因此减轻管道磨损需要提高深井满管道充填工艺和充填钻孔施工工艺与工程质量.由于充填管道堵管和磨损不可避免,因此关于管道磨损检测与修复技术以及堵管防治和处理技术的研究对充填法采矿安全生产和产能提升具有十分重要的意义.Pipeline transportation of filling slurry is a main filling way for filling mining method,whtcn is the development tendency of filling mining technology. The design,construction and management of the filling pipe network not only depend on the theoretical analysis, but also on the practical engineering expe- rience. The engineering practice shows that the filling technology and quality impact significantly on the wear rate and service life of filling boreholes. Main problems of deep well filling mining is that the angle branch will be frayed seriously due to the free falling in the non-full-pipe delivery of filling slurry. There- fore, the best solution is to improve the full-pipe filling technology and quality.
