高职旅游英语专业学生择业标准及其对旅行社就业认知研究

摘　　要：近年来,高职旅游英语专业出现了学生就业领域与专业关联度较低的现象。学生择业标准和其对旅行社就业认知的测量结果表明:高职旅游英语专业学生择业时更看重技能获取、融洽的同事关系、培训机会;而对职业的流动性、关爱别人、有挑战性的工作和专业对口性不感兴趣。旅行社应抓住高职旅游英语专业学生这个潜在员工市场,改善旅行社运行机制,提高职业吸引力和稳定性。There has been a phenomenon of a low rate of job correlation in higher vocational tourism English students in recent years. The measurement results of students＇ career choice and their perceptions of employment of travel agencies indicate the following： higher vocational tourism English students attach great importance to skill acquisition, harmonious relationship among colleagues and gaining opportunities, while they have no interest in career mobility, caring for others, career challenges and fitting in with one＇s specialty. Travel agencies should grasp the potential employees of higher vocational tourism English students, improve their operating mechanism and enhance the career attraction and stability.
