摘　　要：公安队伍正规化建设研究历来是公安队伍建设研究的重点,对正规化建设的研究进行总结有着重要意义。我国公安队伍正规化建设的研究进程可以分建国初期理论研究滞后于实际阶段、1983至1992年分析探索奠定基础时期、1992至2002年理论研究系统发展阶段、1992年至今多样化研究不断深入阶段四个阶段。面对党和国家的新要求,人民群众的新期待,新时期公安队伍正规化建设研究应当:探索理论研究的新方向,加强对正规化建设整体观念的研究,统筹协调基础信息化、警务实战化、执法规范化、队伍正规化四者之间的相互关系。The regularization construction of police force has always been the key point of the research in the construction of police force and thus summarizing the relevant studies is of great significance. The research process of the regularization construction of Chinese police force can be divided into four stages： the first is about the founding of the early theoretical research which lagged behind the actual phase; the second is about the analysis of the exploring and founding period from 1983 to 1992; the third is about the development of the theoretical study system from 1992 to 2002; the fourth is about diverse studies since 1992. Facing with the new demands of our nation and party and the expectations of our people, in the new period we should explore the new direction of the theoretical research, strengthen the overall concept and coordinate the relationship between the four parts in the construction of police force.
