摘  要:根据西北地区特别是新疆应用较为广泛的蒸发冷却空调系统特点,介绍其原理和机构及在水力发电厂中的实际应用,并针对AI温控器存在的不足,采用模糊PID设计,通过特别的寻址方式,使PLC能够简便易行地实现模糊PID计算,进而实现基于PLC的水电厂蒸发冷却空调控制。经实测该系统不仅实现了厂区温度的精准控制,而且还能远程监控,又能降低能耗。The evaporation cooling air-conditioner is widely adopted in northwest area of China , especially in Xinjiang Autonomous Region .Its working principles , structures and practical application in hydropower plants are introduced . Considering the shortcomings of the AI temperature controller , a fuzzy PID control system based on PLC is developed , in which the fuzzy PID calculation can be easily accomplished by PLC with a special addressing mode .Field tests show that the proposed system is able to control the plant temperature accurately with remote monitoring ability and lower power consumption .
