摘 要:基于现代科技的飞速发展对高校电子信息类学生的专业素养提出了更高的要求,提出了3个"3+1"为核心的电子信息工程专业应用型人才培养模式。对"3+1"人才培养模式进行了总体设计;提出了基于3个"3+1"模式的培养体系,重点阐述了"3+1"课程体系、实践创新体系和培养时间设置方法;最后,对该培养模式的可实施性进行了论证。结果表明,3个"3+1"人才培养模式的实施,可提升学生的工程应用能力,从而达到应用型人才培养的目标要求。There is a higher professional ability requirement for the university student of electronic information majors along with the development of modem science and technology. This paper proposes the talent training mode based on the three "'3 + 1" which ap- plied in the electronic engineering majors. The three "3 + 1" training mode was studied systematically which include the "3 platform + 1 system" in the curriculum setting, the "3 practice course + 1 professional certification" in the practice and innovation of teach- ing, the "3 years learn in school + 1 year in school and business" in the time of cultivation. At last, the training implementation mode of this three "3 + 1" was discussed and argumentation. The results show that the three "3 + 1" talents training mode can im- prove the application ability of the students, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
