卫氏并殖吸虫三倍体型囊蚴感染家猫的实验研究

摘　　要：目的测量卫氏并殖吸虫三倍体型囊蚴感染家猫后检获的成虫、虫卵大小,分析其分型意义。方法从福建省延平区太平镇捕获溪蟹,分离并殖吸虫囊蚴。选择卫氏并殖吸虫三倍体型（〉400μm）囊蚴12个感染家猫,87d后检获成虫和虫卵并测量其大小,并分析闽、浙两省既往调查结果。结果在福建、浙江两省8个点中,有3个点捕获的溪蟹分离出单纯卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型囊蚴,其余5个点捕获的溪蟹均为卫氏并殖吸虫二、三倍体型囊蚴混合感染,但都以卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型占多数（85%～97.6%）,三倍体型占0.4%～15%。在福建省延平区的溪蟹中检出卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴96个,取12个〉400μm的囊蚴喂饲家猫,79d后在猫肺检获8只成虫及大量虫卵。测量2只虫体轻压标本大小分别为0.9cm×0.3cm和1.1cm×0.33cm,30个虫卵大小平均为（67.5±3.6）μm×（51.3±2.3）μm。结论以卫氏并殖吸虫三倍体型囊蚴感染家猫获得具有卫氏并殖吸虫二倍体型特征的成虫与虫卵,表明直径〉400μm作为区分卫氏并殖吸虫二、三倍体型囊蚴的界限不确切,该数值尚不能作为鉴别卫氏并殖吸虫二、三倍体型囊蚴的标准。Objectives To evaluate the adult worms and eggs from cats infected with metacercariae of triploid Paragonimus westermani and to analyze the significance of the form of P.westermani. Methods Crab specimens were collected in the Town of Taiping,Yanping District,the City of Nanping,Fujian Province in order to isolate the metacercariae of P.westermani.The triploid form of P.westermani（400μm）was used to infect with 12 domestic cats.The size of adult worms and eggs was evaluated after 87 days.Previous infections in Fujian and Zhejiang provinces were also investigated. Results Metacercariae of diploid P.westermani were isolated from crabs collected at 3of 8sites in Fujian and Zhejiang provinces.Metacercariae infected with both the diploid and triploid forms of P.westermani were isolated from crabs collected at the remaining 5sites.The diploid form of P.westermani was predominant（85%-95.44% of specimens）while the triploid form was less so（4.56%-15%）.P.westermani metacercariae were detected in crabs from Yanping District,Fujian Province at a rate of 80%（4/5）.Ninety-six metacercariae were detected in crabs from Yanping District,Fujian Province.Of these,12 that were400μm were fed to domestic cats.Eight adult worms and a large number of eggs were detected from lungs of cats after 79 days.Two worms were flattened and their bodies were 0.9cm×0.3cm and 1.1cm×0.33 cm in size,respectively.Thirty eggs had an average size of（67.5±3.6）μm×（51.3±2.3）μm. Conclusion Adult worms and eggs of diploid P.westermani were found in domestic cats infected with triploid P.westermani,suggesting that the cut-off point of400μm was not a reliable way to differentiate metacercariae of the diploid and triploid forms of P.westermani.Use of this cut-off point precludes the study of the diploid and triploid forms of P.westermani.
