摘　　要：根据湖南省14个地州市的资源环境承载能力、现有开发强度和发展潜力,利用因子分析,对数据进行降维,用已降维的数据再进行聚类分析,确定不同区域的主体功能:按开发方式分为优化开发区、重点开发区、限制开发区和禁止开发区,并据此可以提出明确开发方向,完善开发政策,控制开发强度,规范开发秩序,逐步形成人口、经济、资源环境相协调的空间开发格局的建议。According to the resources and environment of Hunan province, the existing development strength and development potential, the paper uses the factor analysis and data dimension reduction; with the data dimension reduction and clustering analysis, it determines the different parts of the body function. According to the developing way it is divided into optimal development zones, key development zones, restricted development zones and prohibited development zone, and it puts forward a clear development direction to improve the development policy, control development intensity, standardize the order of development, and gradually form the harmonious space development pattern of population, economy, resources and environment in harmony.
