摘  要:采用反复干旱法对来自不同生态区的201份谷子[Setaria italica(L.)Beauv.]品种(系)进行苗期抗旱性鉴定,根据幼苗存活率,将其划分为高度抗旱、抗旱、较抗旱、弱抗旱和不抗旱5个等级,其中高度抗旱15个,占7.46%;抗旱48个,占23.88%;较抗旱80个,占39.80%;弱抗旱47个,占23.38%;不抗旱11个,占5.47%。干旱条件下201份材料的幼苗存活率平均为71.02%,变幅为1.05%~100.00%,相对苗高的变幅为23.92%~95.00%,相对生物量的变幅在11.37%~83.10%之间,变异系数达50.98%。幼苗存活率与相对苗高、相对鲜重以及相对生物量均呈正相关,与相对苗高、相对鲜重的相关性极显著,与相对生物量的相关性显著。Drought tolerance was investigated during seedling stage with repeated drought stress. Two hundred and one foxtail millet varieties were classified into 5 groups as extremely drought tolerance,drought tolerance,moderate drought tolerance,less drought tolerance and no drought tolerance based on seedling survival rate. The 15 varieties had the extremely drought tolerance,which occupied 7. 46%. The 48 varieties had drought tolerance,which occupied 23. 88%. The 80 varieties had moderate drought tolerance,which occupied39. 80%. The 47 varieties had less drought tolerance,which occupied 23. 38%. The 11 varieties had no drought tolerance,which occupied 5. 47%. The average seedling survival rate of 201 varieties was 71. 02% under drought stress with the variation range of 1. 05% to 100. 00%. The variation range of relative seedling height was from 23. 92% to 95. 00%. That of relative biomass range was between 11. 37% and 83. 10% with the variation coefficient of 50. 98%. The seedling survival rate had extremely significant correlation with the relative seedling height and relative biomass and significant correlation with the relative fresh weight.
