摘  要:对青、白、红三个品种莱菔子样品的颜色、形状、长度、宽度、千粒重、微形态等特征进行观察,运用UV法测定总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定芥子碱及萝卜苷含量,并进行比较。结果表明,三个品种莱菔子在外观形态和活性成分含量上均有较大差异,可从外观形态和微形态方面初步对三个品种莱菔子进行区分。以总黄酮、芥子碱、萝卜苷等活性成分含量进行评价时,红萝卜药用价值为最高。建议《中国药典》增加总黄酮、萝卜苷两种内在指标,全面对莱菔子进行含量分析和质量控制。The color,shape,length,width,weight and micro- morphological features of 3 strains of RAPHANI SEMEN were observed. The total flavonoid content was determined by UV. The contents of sinapine and glucoraphenin were determined by HPLC,and then were compared. The results showed that there were significant differences in morphological characters and active ingredients of the 3 strains of RAPHANI SEMEN.The 3 strains could be distinguished by morphological characters and micro-morphological features. The medicinal value of red radish seeds reached its peak when it was evaluated with the contents of active ingredients such as total flavonoid,sinapine and glucoraphenin. It was suggested that the total flavonoid and glucoraphenin should be added into Chinese Pharmacopoeia as internal parameters to analyze the content and control the quality of RAPHANI SEMEN in general.
