摘 要:土壤微生物区系是研究土壤的重要生物指标。针对起垄、堆肥、绿肥对滨海盐碱地微生物的影响,采用平作、起垄、起垄+堆肥、起垄+绿肥、起垄+堆肥+绿肥5个处理展开试验,研究其对微生物区系的影响。结果表明,5种处理对细菌、真菌、放线菌影响效果基本相似,均表现为:起垄+堆肥+绿肥>起垄+堆肥>起垄+绿肥>起垄>平作,且5种处理中细菌的增幅最大,其次是放线菌,真菌的增幅相对较小;相关性分析结果表明,土壤细菌、真菌、放线菌的数量及总菌数与土壤盐分含量呈负相关,与有机质、水分呈显著或极显著正相关,与p H值无显著正关系。本研究为今后滨海盐碱地改良提供了理论依据。Soil microflora is an important biological indicator to study soil. Aiming at the effects of rid- ging, compost and green manure on microorganism in the seashore saline - alkali soil, 5 treatments, flat plant- ing, ridging, ridging + compost, ridging + green manure and ridging + compost + green manure, were designed to study their effects on microflora. The results showed that the effects of 5 treatments on bacteria, fungi and actinomyeetes were substantially similar. It showed ridging + compost + green manure 〉 ridging + compost 〉ridging + green manure 〉 ridging 〉 flat planting. The increase rate of bacteria was the maximum under the 5 treatments, that of actinomycetes was the next , and that of fungi was relatively smaller. The correlation analy- sis resuhs showed that the numbers of bacteria, fungi and actinomycetes and their total number had negative correlation with soil salinity, significantly or very significantly positive correlation with organic matter and moisture, and no correlation with pH value.
