摘　　要：国务院总理李克强于2015年提出"互联网+"行动计划,"互联网+"已经成为国家战略。科技期刊编辑人员应培养"互联网+"环境下的信息意识,不断提高对信息的获取和运用能力及信息运用的创新能力。Premier Li Ke-qiang in the government work report for the first time to put forward the ＆quot;Internet ＋＆quot; action plan in 2015,＆quot;Internet ＋＆quot; has become a national strategy. The editors of sci-tech periodicals should strengthen the information consciousness of sci-tech periodicals under the environment of ＆quot;Internet ＋＆quot;,and continuously improve their ability to adapt and to apply the information,as well as the innovation power available to the application.
