摘　　要：随着高校的逐年扩招,我国的高等教育已从精英教育逐步走向大众化教育,招生人数增多直接促使毕业生人数的逐年上升,毕业生的就业压力也随之增大。国家做出了相应的政策调整,但如何从高等教育角度培养大学生的全面素质仍然是一个值得高校教师关注的问题。通过团体心理辅导的形式,培养大学生核心就业力,从而提高大学生的就业能力,促进大学生的全面发展。With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities,the higher education of our country has gradually from elite education to popular education,with the increased number of recruit students directly to the number of graduates increased year by year. The employment pressure of graduates is growing. Although the corresponding policy adjustment are made,but how to foster students＇ comprehensive quality from the perspective of higher education is still a worthy thing on the minds of college teachers. Through the form of group psychological guidance,training college students＇ core force of employment promotes the all- round development of college students.
