摘　　要：国家实施的"一带一路"战略和黑龙江东部陆海丝绸之路经济带建设规划,为黑龙江省俄语教育带来了新一轮的机遇和挑战。黑龙江俄语教育必须服务国家发展战略,建立俄语教育重点发展区,实施俄罗斯区域学背景下的"大俄语"教育战略,才能为"一带一路"愿景及龙江丝路带建设培养出更多、更好、更能适应中俄及中国与中亚国家全方位合作的优质复合型俄语人才。The strategy of the Belt and Road and Heilongjiang economic zone construction planning has brought new opportunities and challenges to the Russian education in Heilongjiang province. Heilongjiang Russian education must serve national development strategy,the establishment of Russian education,the key development area,the implementation of the Russian regional learning under the background of ＂big Russian education strategy,＂to cultivate better and more talents who suited to China and Russia and China and central Asian countries quality Russian talents of all- round cooperation.
