摘　　要：分析了在目前发展形势下山西煤炭产业发展面临的困境,指出了山西煤炭产业应该坚持走安全、清洁、高效的发展道路,坚持改革创新,向安全要保障、向创新要活力、向改革要动力、向管理要效益,做细煤炭产业、做精煤炭产品,唯有如此,山西煤炭产业才能迎来春天。This paper analyzes developing situation of Shanxi coal industry in the present, points out the the road of the development of safe, clean, efficient, reform and innovation of Shanxi coal industry to reform the innovation and the management to bring benefits, do fine coal product, fine coal industry, and only in this way can bring spring to Shanxi coal industry .
