摘　　要：复旦大学林森浩投毒案是近年来典型校园恶性杀人事件,犯罪人有着明显的人格缺陷,从犯罪人心理以及犯罪心理着手分析,可以看出林性格冷漠、自负、情商低以及缺乏自我调节能力等性格缺陷,林森浩在面临压力及室友黄洋的"挑衅"下产生了犯罪需求和犯罪动机。面对复旦投毒案我们需要从中进行反思,家庭、学校、社会以及个人等原因使得林走向毁灭,我们需要通过此案吸取其中的教训并重视对当代大学生的人格塑造以及对其健康心理培养。The poisoning case of Lin Sen Hao in Fudan University is a typical campus vicious murder in recent years. The perpetrators have obvious personality flaws,proceeding with an analysis from the criminal minds and criminal psychology,and the character flaws of indifference,conceit,low emotional intelligence and lack of self-regulation ability can be discovered. Facing the pressure and the roommate Huang Yang＇s ＂provocation＂,a motive for the crime and crime demand was generated. We need get some reviews from the case,like family,school,social as well as personal and other reasons making the destruction of Lin Sen Hao. We need to learn the lesson through the case and the importance of Personality Moulding of college students and the cultivation of the mental health.
