摘　　要：根据蚕蛹蛋白纤维纱线性能特点,开发了几款蚕蛹蛋白纤维家纺面料。以50%蚕蛹和50%天丝混纺而成的单纱为纬纱,以精梳棉纱为经纱,通过不同组织设计获得了不同外观风格的蚕蛹蛋白纤维面料,同时对织物的性能进行了测试,结果表明:本设计开发的面料抗皱性、透气性、透湿性、悬垂性很好。According to the performance characteristics of the pupa protein fiber yarn, a few silkworm pupa protein fiber home-textiles fabrics were developed. Single yarn blended by 50% of silkworm chrysalis and 50% of Teneel as weft, combed cotton yarn as warp, and through different organizations, silkworm pupa protein fiber fabric with different appearance style were acquired. The performance of the fabrics were tested, it was concluded that the fabric wrinkle resistance, air permeability, moisture permeability, drapability were all very good. For the weft is pupa protein fiber blended yarn, the series of these fabrics have good appearance and wearability such as close to skin, moisture absorption, elastic, silky bright beautiful luster, etc.
