摘 要:目前,电厂对汽轮机热耗率试验非常重视,但对试验数据的准确性缺少评估。提出了用反推的低压缸功率份额评估主蒸汽流量偏差方向、用反推的低压缸效率评估效率变化方向是否合理、用耗差分析法对修正后热耗率进行定量评估等三种方法,基于低压缸流量折算系数,推出了低压缸效率估算方法,并举例对汽轮机热耗率试验数据的准确性进行了评估。评估方法简单实用,可供同行参考。The issue on test of heat rate for steam turbines has been taken more consideration in power plant at the present, but the assessment for the accuracy of the experimental data is less exactly. In this research, three assessment methods is proposed: to evaluate the deviation of the main steam flow using LP casing power share deduced reversely, to judge if the efficiency change direction is reasonable or not by means of LP casing efficiency and to evaluate the heat rate after correction using energy-loss analysis quantitatively. The assess- ment of LP casing efficiency can be derived based on the conversion coefficient of LP casing flow. Finally an example is given to evaluate the accuracy of experimental data of steam turbine heat rate. The methods above are simple and useful, and can provide reference to such research.
