浅析基层疾病预防控制机构的卫生应急准备工作

摘　　要：目的进一步提高基层疾病预防控制机构的卫生应急准备管理水平,通过规范化管理提升应急处置能力水平。方法通过调研和总结,就基层疾病预防控机构卫生应急准备工作中的各项基本要素进行归纳并提出建设性意见。结果基层疾病预防控制机构卫生应急准备工作的基本要素应包括组织机构、应急预案、物资储备、培训演练、风险评估等,对各要素依据有关法规规范分别提出规范化标准和要求。结论基层疾病预防控制机构卫生应急准备工作各要素应严格按照有关法规规范要求加以落实,协同发展,不断提升卫生应急综合能力水平。Objective To improve the management level of health emergency preparedness of basic institution of dis-ease prevention and control by means of standardized management.Methods Summarizing the fundamental factors ofhealth emergency preparedness of basic institution of disease prevention and control via investigating and surveying.Results Fundamental factors of health emergency preparedness in basic institution of disease prevention and controlshould include organization structure,contingency plan, material reserves,training and drills, risk evaluation etc, eachfactor is put forward standards and requirements according to relevant laws and regulations. Conclusions Each factorshould be workable and coordinated strictly according to relevant laws and regulations in basic institution of diseaseprevention and control.
