北京郊区“一村一品”发展动态变化与对策分析

摘　　要：随着北京市农业产业结构调整的不断深入,郊区"一村一品"发展呈现出新的变化趋势,为积极推进美丽乡村建设,促进北京郊区"一村一品"持续蓬勃发展,分析了2010—2014年5年间北京市"一村一品"动态变化及特点,指出当前面临的主要问题,如主营产品收入贡献率降低、生产型专业村收入有待提高、服务型专业村发展较为缓慢、农产品专业市场带动能力亟需提升等。提出应加强专业村建设,将"一村一品"与产业结构调整、农村"新三起来"、美丽乡村建设、"互联网+"和新型职业农民培育等相结合的政策建议。With the deepening of agricultural structure adjustment in Beijing, the development of villagepresents a new trend. To promote the construction of beautiful village and＂One Village One Product＂（OVOP）,dynamic changes and features of OVOP from 2010 to 2014 were analyzed. The results showed that the mainproblems of OVOP at present included low contribution of main product income, low income of production-oriented peasants, slow development of service- oriented villages and weak driving capacity of the specificagricultural market. Therefore, development of OVOP should be upgraded with structure adjustment, theimplementation of land circulation, asset management and farmer＇s cooperatives construction, the beautifulvillage construction, the internet plus and the training of professional farmers.
