摘　　要：医院设备仪器档案对于医院管理具有重要的作用。然而,医院目前的设备仪器档案工作存在很多问题,其管理水平也远远落后于设备仪器的增长速度及医院发展水平,渐渐不再满足新时期医院发展的需要。本文重申医院设备仪器档案的作用,分析其管理中现存的问题,根据医院设备仪器管理的特征,结合固定资产管理及一般科技档案管理的要求,有针对性地提出了优化管理策略。Hospital equipment archives is important for hospital management. However, there are lots of problems in hospital equipment archives work at present. As its management level is far behind the growth rate of equipment and the development level of hospital, it gradually can＇ t meet the needs of hospital development at the new period any more. The article reiterates the importance of hospital equipment archives and analyzes existing problems of it. According to the features of equipment management, combining with the management requirements of fixed-assets and general science and technology archives, the article puts forward optimal management strategies for it in a targeted manner.
