摘  要:为防止电力电缆在生产及安装时由于机械牵引力过大而导致电缆变形,设计了一套电力电缆拉力测量仪。首先由力转换装置把牵引力转换成压力,然后电阻应变式称重传感器将该压力转换成电信号,再经过A/D模块进行采样,最后由单片机对数据进行处理,数据会被实时地保存在EEPROM中,并提供RS485通信和USB通信接口,可将数据传给PC机。通过加载试验、滤波和数据拟合确定了称重传感器输出信号与机械牵引力之间的分段式线性关系,对传感器进行标定。当机械牵引力在0~10 000 N内,最大测量误差为3.7%,平均误差约1.9%;当机械牵引力超过阈值时,仪器能够及时发出声光警报。In order to prevent the power cable deformation caused by mechanical traction in produc- tion and installation, a tension measurement device is designed. First, power conversion device convert the traction into pressure which then is converted to electrical signals by the resistance - type weighing sensor, through A/D sampling, the MCU analysis the data at last, the data will be saved in the EEPROM real - time, and the data can be sent to PC by RS485 communication interface or USB communication in- terface. Obtain the piecewise linear relationship between the output signal of weighing sensor and the trac- tion by the loading experiment, filtering and data fitting, finally, calibrate the sensor and do verification experiment. When the mechanical traction range of 0 - 10 000 N, the maximum measurement error is less than 3.7% and the average measurement error is about 1.9%, and when the mechanical traction ex- ceeds the alarm threshold, the device will send out sound and light alarm timely.
