摘　　要：基于S7-200 PLC设计了YA32-250四柱式液压机的电气控制系统,介绍了系统原理。在电液位置伺服控制系统的液压缸位移测量中应用了霍尔式位移传感器,提高了压制的精度。Based on the S7 -200 PLC, the electrical control system of YA32 -250 four-pillars hy-draulic machine is designed. The principle of the system is introduced. In the hydraulic cylinder displacement measuring of electro - hydraulic position servo control system applied Hall displacement sensor, and improves the resolution of the molding.
