摘 要:研究了亚大气压辉光等离子体处理对聚烯烃隔膜纸性能的影响,结果表明,原料为ES(H)纤维,亚大气压辉光等离子体处理隔膜纸压力为1500Pa,时间为5min时,隔膜纸亲水改性较明显,吸水高度、吸碱高度和吸碱率较高,碱损失和透气度符合要求,同时对抗张强度影响较小。电镜扫描图和红外光谱图也表明,经过亚大气压辉光等离子体处理后,纤维表面变得粗糙,纤维表面引入极性官能基团,如-COO、-OCH、-OH等,改变了材料的表面组成,提高了隔膜纸表面的亲水性。Comparing with fiber types and plasma processing time,the effect of atmospheric pressure glow plasma treatment on the water absorption of the separator paper was studied.The results showedthat alkali absorption height,water absorption height and alkali absorption rate of the separator paper were obviously improved,the alkaline losing rate,strength and permeability satisfy the battery basic requirement when the raw material was ES(H)fiber,the time of atmospheric pressure glow plasma treatmentwas 5min,and the pressure of atmospheric pressure glow plasma treatmentwas 1500 Pa.By observing the electron microscope scan and infrared spectra,it was found that the fiber surface was etched and introduced into polar functional groups,such as-COO,-OCH and-OH,which changed the composition of the surface of fiber,and improved the water absorptionof the separator paper.
