摘　　要：2010年3月我国全面推行人体器官捐献试点工作以来,符合中国国情的公民逝世后器官捐献(CDCD)工作成为了推动器官移植事业的关键举措。CDCD协调员的角色贯穿于器官捐献到移植完成的整个过程,起着极其重要的沟通作用。我国CDCD协调工作尚处于起步阶段,明确CDCD协调员的角色和意义,充分发挥协调员的作用,有助于提高CDCD捐献成功率,从而更有效地促进和推动CDCD工作。本文结合作者单位CDCD实际工作经验,重点分析和总结协调员队伍建设的重要性,并探讨和分享CDCD工作具体流程。The work regarding Chinese donation after citizen＇s deceased（CDCD）has played a key role in the promotion of organ transplantation in China since March 2010 when the pilot work of human organ donation from donors of cardiac death in China started.The transplant coordinators are extremely important in communication through organ transplant.The work is in its infancy in China.Correct positioning of the role and significance of transplant coordinator is helpful to the improvement of success of organ donation,so as to promote and facilitate more effectively the work of CDCD.In this paper,we mainly analyze and summarize the significance of raising coordinators for CDCD based on our successful experience,and explore and share the workflow of the work.
