摘 要:利用分压注入工具分层配注弱碱三元复合溶液广泛应用于油田生产。由于分压注入工具对流经溶液进行剪切会引起溶液分子聚集形态的改变。本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)对不同相对分子质量、流量下流经分压注入工具的弱碱三元复合溶液分子聚集形态进行观察对比。研究结果表明,弱碱三元复合溶液的相对分子质量越大、流量越大时,分压注入工具对溶液的剪切作用越大,分子聚集形态改变越明显。该实验结果为初始三元复合溶液的相对分子质量、流量的选择及更好的实现溶液与地层的匹配提供相应的理论依据。Using partial pressure injection tool of layered water injection base ternary compound solution is widely used in oilfield production. Because of the partial pressure injection tool has the ability of shearing and reducing the viscosity, which can lead to change the molecular aggregation of the solution. In view of the above phenomenon, using the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to observe and compare the difference of molecular and flow weak alkaline ternary solution which through partial pressure injection tool. The results show that higher molecular and flow of the weak alkaline ternary solution, the partial pressure injection tool on the solution of shear action and molecular aggregation morphology change are more obvious. The experimental results provide a theoretical basis for selecting molecular and flow of weak alkaline ternary solution and better matching between solution and stratum.
