摘 要:旨在探讨不同棉花品种在苗期的耐盐性。试验以6个不同熟性棉花品种为试材,采用溶液培养法,研究了0.3%NaCl胁迫处理24、48、72 h对棉花幼苗根系膜脂过氧化、质膜完整性、活性氧含量及抗氧化酶活性等生理生态指标的影响。结果表明:NaCl胁迫处理24 h对棉花幼苗根系细胞膜完整性及活性氧的积累几乎没有显著影响,而处理48~72 h后活性氧积累显著增加,膜脂过氧化程度增强,细胞膜完整性被破坏;丙二醛的累积及膜相对透性增加进一步被希夫试剂染色和伊文斯蓝染色所证明。通过对6项生理指标进行综合评价,结果显示:0.3%NaCl胁迫处理72 h后,不同品种棉花幼苗根系耐盐性由高到低依次为:‘N181’〉‘N52’〉‘N177’〉‘K-1’〉‘N203’〉‘中50’。stage. Solution culture experiments were carried out to study the effects of 0.3% NaCl stress treatment for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours on the physiological and ecological indexes of six cotton varieties' seedling,including lipid peroxidation, membrane integrity, reactive oxygen species(ROS) accumulation and antioxidantenzyme activity of roots. The results showed that there was no significant difference of membrane integrity andROS accumulation in seedlings treated with NaCl for 24 hours. NaCl stress treatment for 48-72 hourssignificantly accelerated ROS accumulation, increased membrane lipid peroxidation and destroyed membraneintegrity of seedlings. The malondialdehyde accumulation and membrane relative permeability increase wereproved by Schiff′s reagent and Evans blue. The synthetic assessment of the six parameters indicated that under0.3% NaCl stress for 72 hours, the order of salt tolerance of different cotton varieties was‘N181'〉‘N52'〉‘N177'〉‘K-1'〉‘N203'〉‘Zhong50'.
