特用木本植物省沽油的研究综述

摘　　要：省沽油是木本蔬菜植物,嫩叶、花蕾有很高营养价值,种子含油量高,油品好,在我国主要野生种植,目前处于开发利用初级阶段。笔者综述了已有省沽油研究报道,认为省沽油的深加工、育种及遗传等方面的研究有待加强,为从事相关研究的人员提供参考。Staphylea bumalda D C belongs to woody vegetable plants,which is planted in many places in china.Tender leaf and flower bud of Staphylea bumalda D C have high nutritive value.The seed oil content and quality are excellent.In China,Staphylea bumalda D C is planted in wild places and its the development and utilization are at the early stage.This paper summarizes the research papers on Staphylea bumalda D C and concludes that the researches on the deep processing,heredity and breeding of Staphylea bumalda D C are to be reinforced,which may provide reference for the relevant researchers for the future study.
