地方高校复合图书馆建设的几点思考

摘　　要：复合图书馆是依托传统图书馆和数字化图书馆而建立的一种集优形式,它对地方高校信息资源建设和信息服务工作具有重要意义。推动复合图书馆建设和发展、不断加强对复合型图书馆馆员的培养,是新世纪地方高校建设和发展的必然选择。Hybrid library is a synthesized library that is constructed on the basis of traditional and digit-al libraries.It is of great significance for the information resources development and information serv-ice at local universities.Enhancing the construction and development of hybrid library and continual training of inter-disciplinary librarians are a necessary choice for the construction and development of local universities in the new century.
