摘　　要：文章抽样调查了国内20所"985"高校图书馆借阅权限现状,并通过重点解析中山大学图书馆全面开放借阅权限的具体内容和实践经验,提出高校图书馆应尝试全面开放读者借阅权限的原因。The article investigates the borrowing permission in 20 university libraries of ＂985 project＂. Through analyzing the practical experience of Sun Yat- Sen University Library,this paper puts forward that university libraries should try to fully open the borrowing permission of readers.
