摘　　要：职代会制度是企业民主管理的主要形式。为进一步规范所属企业职代会建设,天津市医药集团有限公司工会对系统内部分企业进行了一线访谈和问卷调查,掌握了系统内职代会建设的一手材料,归纳总结了职代会建设的特点,查找了存在的问题,提出了今后推进职代会建设的对策。The system of Employees＇ Representative Congress is a major form of corporate democratic management. To further standardize the construction of such congress, the trade union of Tianjin Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd has performed fronfline interviews and questionnaire surveys on branches within the system. It has collected the first-hand materials about the construction of employees＇ representative congress within the system, summed up characteristics of the construction, found out existing problems and proposed countermeasures for promoting the construction in the future.
