快速康复护理路径在肝胆外科微创手术患者围手术期中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨快速康复护理路径在肝胆外科微创手术患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2013年1月-2015年12月收治入院的肝胆外科微创手术患者200例,并随机等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理;观察组给予快速康复护理路径。比较两组患者术中和术后情况、护理满意度及术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者的首次排气时间、排便时间、静脉输液时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组的治疗费用明显少于对照组,护理满意度明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组患者术后住院期间均未出现死亡病例,观察组的并发症的发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：快速康复护理路径能够有效缓解肝胆外科微创手术患者的躯体健康,提高预后效果,促进康复。Objective：To discuss application effects of rapid rehabilitation nursing path in hepatobiliary minimally invasive surgery during perioperative period.Methods：Selected 200 cases of patients undergoing hepatobiliary minimally invasive surgeries in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015,and randomly divided them into observation group and control group equally.Control group patients received usual nursing;while observation group patients received rapid rehabilitation nursing path.Parents between both groups were compared for conditions before and after surgeries,satisfaction degrees with nursing and complications occurrences.Results：First exhaust times,first defecation times,intravenous infusion times,and hospital stays of observation group patients were obviously shorter than those of control group patients.The differences had statistical significances（ P〈0.05）;Observation group patients had obviously less treatment expenses and obviously higher satisfaction degrees with nursing than control group patients（ P〈0.05）;no death case was happened in either group,and observation group had obviously less complications rates than control group（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Rapid rehabilitation nursing path can effectively help patients to recover after hepatobiliary minimally invasive surgeries,improve prognosis effects and accelerate rehabilitation.
