“巴莱多定律”在脊柱外科护理安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨＂巴莱多定律＂在脊柱外科护理安全管理中的应用效果。方法：将2013年1-12月我院脊柱外科未实施巴莱多定律管理时收治的50例患者作为对照组,将2014年1-12月采用巴莱多定律管理后收治的50例患者设为研究组,比较＂巴莱多定律＂进行护理安全管理前后,护理人员护理质量合格评分、患者对护理满意度及护理不良事件发生情况。结果：与对照组比较,研究组不良事件发生率低,其护理人员护理质量合格评分及患者满意率明显高,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：＂巴莱多定律＂在脊柱外科护理安全管理中的应用效果显著,能有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective：To discuss application effects of ＂ Pareto Law＂ in the security management of spine surgery nursing.Methods：Selected 50 cases of patients cured in our spine surgery department from January to December 2013 before application of ＂ Pareto law＂ management as control group,and selected50 cases of patients from January to December 2014 after the application of ＂ Pareto law＂ management as study group.Nursing quality scores,patient satisfaction degrees with nursing and nursing adverse event rates were compared before and after the application of ＂ Pareto law＂ in the security management.Results：Compared with control group,study group had lower rate of adverse events and obviously higher nursing quality scores and patient satisfaction degrees,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Application effects of ＂ Pareto Law＂ in the security management of spine surgery nursing are remarkable,which can effectively improve nursing quality and patient satisfaction degrees.Therefore,it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
