医护一体化管理模式在新生儿黄疸患儿治疗中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的:评价医护一体化管理模式在新生儿黄疸治疗中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样原则,选取152名新生儿黄疸患儿为研究对象,随机将其等分为对照组与试验组,试验组予以医护一体化管理模式进行护理,对照组采用常规护理。于出院时,比较两组患儿家长的满意度及情绪状况。结果:试验组家长满意度明显优于对照组;两组患儿家长情绪状况比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化管理,能够促进医护合作,提升医院服务质量,值得在临床推广。Objective：To evaluate application effects of treatment and nursing integrated management mode in the icterus neonatorum treatment.Methods：Through convenience sampling,selected 152 cases of icterus neonatorum infant patients as study objects,and randomly divided them into control group and experimental group equally.Experimental group patients were nursed under treatment and nursing integrated management mode,while control group patients received usual nursing.Upon leaving hospital,parents of infant patients between both groups were compared for satisfaction degrees and emotional conditions.Results：Experimental group parents had obviously higher satisfaction degrees than control group parents;there were differences between both groups of parents in emotional conditions,the differences had statistical significances（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment and nursing integrated management mode can improve cooperation between treatment and nursing and rise service quality of hospitals,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
