摘　　要：农村户用沼气工程涉及农户、政府、技术服务提供者等人类行动者和沼气、沼气技术、生态环境等非人类行动者,后者通过前者的代言与解说,共同建构了行动者网络联盟。通过问题呈现、征召、利益赋予、动员、异议等五个环节的转译,农村户用沼气工程已不能适应社会发展的需求,迫切需要一种新型的网络取而代之。由此表明,农村技术工程的顺利实施要靠强大的异质行动者网络推动,问题转译是建构网络联盟的微观机制和联结网络的基本方法。The project of rural household biogas involves the human actors such as the farmers, the government, the technology service suppliers and the non-human actors, such as biogas, biogas technology, and ecological environment. The latter with the formers＇ endorsements and commentary constructs network alliance of actors. Through the translation of five links as the presentation of problems, enrolment, giving interests, mobilization and dissidence, the rural household biogas project has been unable to meet the needs of social development, and urgently needs a kind of new network instead. It is indicated that the successful implementation of the rural technology project is driven by the strong heterogeneous actor network, and the problem translation is the micro mechanism to construct the network alliance and the basic method to build network connection.
