关于初中起点六年制本科学历农村小学教师培养的几点思考

摘　　要：湖南省从2010年启动实施的初中起点六年制本科学历农村小学教师培养计划,是对我国教师教育体制的重大创新。其培养模式、培养目标、培养方案及教学对象、培养措施等,相对现有教师教育而言均具有自身的突出特点和鲜明特色。根据培养对象和培养目标进一步完善该模式的培养方案,优化其培养过程,对切实保证六年制农村小学师资的培养质量、推进义务教育均衡发展具有重要作用。The program of cultivation of six-year-system undergraduates oriented to rural primary education in Hunan was set up in 2010, which is an important creation of educational system. Compared to present teachers＇ training, the program has its unique features in its cultivation mode, target, plan, objects and measures. The completion and optimization of the cultivation plan according to the objects cellent teachers for rural primary education and the promoti in China. and targets is of great significance to the provision of exon to the balanced development of compulsory education
