抗震救灾精神向文化软实力转化的挑战与出路

摘　　要：抗震救灾精神潜藏着丰富的文化软实力资源,可转化为精神性的、制度性的和智力性的文化软实力。抗震救灾精神由潜在的文化软实力向现实的文化软实力的转化,需要化解抗震救灾精神的塑造与价值认同、抗震救灾精神的提振与救灾体制有效运转、抗震救灾精神的弘扬与经济、科技有效支撑之间的矛盾。培育和践行社会主义核心价值体系、构建和完善抗震救灾体制以及推进经济和科技的发展,能够有效地促进抗震救灾精神向文化软实力转化。Earthquake relief spirit is rich in resources of cultural soft power,which can turn into the spiritual,institutional and intellectual soft power.It is embedded in the conversion of potential cultural soft power to real cultural soft power,which requires the resolution of the challenges between the shaping of earthquake relief spirit and the identifying of values,the conflicts between the reviving of earthquake relief spirit and the effective running of relief system,and the conflicts between the promoting of earthquake relief spirit and the effective supporting of economy,science and technology.Cultivating and practicing socialist core value system,building and improving earthquake relief system and advancing the development of economy,science and technology will effectively contribute to the conversion of earthquake relief spirit to cultural soft power.
